Parametric Design

 

This generative design study uses Grasshopper and Galapagos to analyze and optimize solar heat gain and direct exposure across a building façade. By mapping real-time environmental data onto the surface, the system identifies ideal geometries that balance shading, daylight, and thermal performance. A dynamic sectional visualization updates live throughout the optimization process, allowing designers to evaluate both environmental impact and spatial experience simultaneously.
